Other than that, maybe donate? You might need to convert to fiat, but that should not matter if you really want to help out.

Other than what you mentioned there is still a way for us to help community using bitcoin. Technically when one buys goods and services using the fiat obtained by converting bitcoins, he/she helps the community using btc because there is a tax in everything the citizens buy. That way we can help our community using bitcoin while helping ourselves because the money we used came from btc and it is considered helping community using it.

in our country we exchange it because of our wallets is available to withdraw it from remittance center and we are paying taxes.

of course our task as a community is to introduce bitcoin to new people. Just relax bitcoin will not ask you taxes, there is only a fee per transaction when you make a sale or buy transaction.
