优步(Uber)周二晚间证实，纽约恐怖袭击嫌疑人Sayfullo Saipov是一名优步司机，该人之前通过了背景调查。CBS称，Saipov是来自乌兹别克斯坦的移民，是一名卡车司机，住址在新泽西州和佛罗里达州，没有犯罪记录，只有四次交通违法记录。优步在周二晚间的公告中表示，对这次愚蠢暴行感到震惊，对受害者及其家属深表同情，公司已接触执法部门提供充分协助。在周二下午该事件发生后不久，优步禁止Saipov使用其应用。据称Saipov驾车碾压行人和骑自行车的人，在曼哈顿下城造成至少八人死亡。

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.
