Dealt with Graviex support on two separate occasions.
The first time was a question about something I could not find in the Docs/FAQs. Second time was to notify them of a problem with the API, I ended up dealing with a couple of complete arrogant assholes! The question remains unanswered and the API continues to provide unreliable data!
Ignorance is an honest trait which can be remedied with learning, but arrogance is a dishonest trait, arrogant people lie to themselves, and anyone who so easily lies to themselves will not think twice about deceiving others. These dishonest fools need to go away!
GOODBYE!

graviex, how do you choose what project's coins to list in your exchange? Do you do your own diligencew and research, or do you wait for the developers to contact you?

With that said, are you also open to suggestions from the community? Ty.

They do have a voting system currently in effect. Here: https://graviex.net/listing_requests/new
In order for a specific coin to get listed, one has to reach a minimum of 3million GIOs of votes. 1 GIO = 1 Vote.
More information can be found here: https://graviex.net/documents/listing-policy

Its not worth the Burst community's effort to run a campaign and vote to have our coin listed in an exchange that lists scams like "Bitcoin Adult" or "B2X coin". Voting can also be faked.

Its the exchange choice to list it or not because Burst is a project with good potential ahead.

Calm down bro. I only answered your question.  Grin
And yes, it is really a bad judgement for this exchange to list such coins.
Proper research and evaluation on their part must be done before listing any coin even it does made over 3Million GIO votes.

Good afternoon. Thanks for the information, I will definitely vote for the coin. Especially the coin is worth it. I wish everyone good luck.

As far as I know, it's the user's sole responsibility to safeguard their accounts specially when dealing with 2FA authentications.
You might want to send this concern of your to the official support team for them to address it and maybe find a solution.
Try mailing them here: service@graviex.net or asking it here: http://t.me/graviex
