I must be out of the loop but what happened to your native gio token? I can't find it from anywhere. Did you unlisted it for some reason? I tried with google and got nothing, also your news section on your web page doesn't say anything about it. Your FAQ document still points to the trading pair but that directs me to doge pair.

It's not accepting my 2FA and will not accept text based 2FA or disable it for me.  Been a customer here for about 2 years but it's not acting very good lately.  My 2FA is accepted on the big exchanges and has no problem there.

Tell me about it... I make an ETH withdrawal on 2021-01-03, they charge me 0.011 ETH (which is more than enough), and they put as gas 40Gwei...
In simple words, my transaction is stuck and unconfirmed from then to eternity! I open a ticket telling them to cancel it and make a new one, this time though to put the proper gas fee, especially when they charge 0.011 ETH. They answer that they can't do this and that I don't/ can understand...

@graviex/OP: So can you please inlight me/ us here, in public, what is that I don't/ can understand?

You'd better use not a usual Google auth (worthless), I have the same problems recently. Then I changed to FreeOTP and get this issue solved. I hope it helps to you!
