Bitcoin price in India is hitting all records and now the price is moving towards the level of Rs. 500000 and its the signal of price correction. I think the next few days are crucial and we should be ready for a crash. In the bull run, the market captures positive news and ignores small negative news. When people starts selling to make profits, the prices goes down and every negative news are highlighted which can lead a crash. Market Needs Crash Yeah exactly ,even i am worried about this situation . Maybe it will surpass 7500$ but i think till the end of this year the price will not go too down . But who am i to say or to predict eventually what's gonna happen will happen. |

Except segwit 2x activation,there seems no critical issues for bitcoin in the upcoming days.
Bitcoin has even overcome successfully the most feared dominant China's actions against it.
It has already faced two hard forks and survived.
Many consider that same would be the case with the following expected hard fork.
But its much worrying since segwit 2x has got more miners support and it has almost 85% hash rate.
So,there would be really more FUD,panic selling,chaos before segwit 2x activation.
But,if segwit 2x fails to get enough support,then bitcoin price would once again skyrocket.
It might be a silly question to you but I am trying to understand, what really happen with hard fork? |

Well, it's not about any negative news but I am expecting a practical price correction of at least 20% to 30% within a period of next two months. This is a sudden rise and won't last long as this is not an organic growth, traders are en-cashing the opportunities in this wild behaviour of the market. Bitcoin will organically hit $7K to $10K in next year but there will be a crash soon to correct the price but it will happen after the fork.

Too fast a price increase makes all altcoin drop prices, everyone sells altcoin for bitcoin so I lose thousands of USD in this day, mostly because I invest on altcoin.

With the news on Wall Street and Futures trading, I think that the correction will not happen this quick.
If all goes well, the correction may even come only after touching 10000$! But yeah, it's just a thought. From now on I'll keep my eyes on the markets more carefully, maybe I get to sell high and buy low...

A correction seems only a matter of time, anyone with any knowledge of financial markets knows that things cannot simply trend upwards at such a rapid rate for a prolonged period. Most likely it will happen before/shortly after segwit2x but I do not see btc really falling too much, probably 6k at lowest.
I'm also thinking the same thing. Btc will surely fall after the segwit2x but same as the last hard fork, it's value will bounce back again for sure. Let's just hope for the best, especially for all the bitcoin holders. |

Market Needs Crash I think saying something "needs" a crash is a fallacious argument. Nothing is due a crash. In ideal situations, bitcoin could potentially just end up constantly going up. However, we do not live in an ideal situation. However, again, this does not support the cause for having a crash. Again, I'm not saying that there aren't going to be any crashes, but that your logic is partly fallacious. |

The price is definitely due for a correction but from my point of view it is pretty unlikely to happen before the B2X fork. After it I expect a lot of money to pour back into the altcoins so if you're fast enough a good move would be to sell your btc for altcoins immediately after the fork.  |

indeed bitcoin needs a crash because i want to bitcoins in cheap but i think it won't happen this week because people are stacking up some bitcoins for incoming fork this november 16, segwit2x hard fork and despite all of the negative news like banning bitcoin as a payment in vietnam bitcoin is still strong and i think people still don't care about the bitcoin news they want to stack up for now but i sensed that bitcoin may corrected or crash after the fork ans i hope that it will bounce back afterwards

Well thats ridiculously very high price for India country. I mean whatever I can see is the six figures per coin which is way high if you are holding it. I mean just imagine how much interest rate you can achieve over this price and fill up your bank accounts. Plus there is no restriction not he bitcoin in the Indian territory which makes it even best to invest and earn back the money. I love that figure don’t know why, its too huge as compared to USD for local Indians though. Lolz. Good one.
And don’t worry it won’t crash hard enough as you might be thinking. May be it will reach to 4K again but won’t go below that.

Don't know if there's ever such a thing as needing a crash when it comes to Bitcoin. This crypto market continues to shrug off every known convention and technical analysis. The last time I remember a sustained correction was when it came back down to from 2000, and then some weeks below 4,000. Ever since then, though, it's just been on a hot tin roof. Every alt holder must really be hoping for some let off by now, but I'm done making any solid predictions. Just going to wait at least til December when the effects of Segwit2x will be more apparent.
There's hardly any more dips beyond the reach of day traders even to buy into now! Hold on to your seats, gentlemen and ladies.

Exactly my view, though with mine it's because I can't buy much anyway.  Yeah, I think it would crash somehow after people dump both their btc and btg. Then the cycle starts all over again. If with money, might as well take advantage of the coming crash. |

I think the current trend of Bitcoin will continue to increase in the next few days, there is no stopping point and it seems it has not reached the top. Therefore, I always expect something like an accident or something that inhibits this excessive growth, it will be useful for Bitcoin in the future very much.

Maybe OP was talking not about crush, but about correction. If we all think logical, there wasn't any great reason for such great rally. But price is popping, so there must be a downtrend. |

Will the segwit2x fork really be the reason that bitcoin would stop its bull run? I mean, the last fork rather saw bitcoin gearing towards bullish the more. I think if bitcoin is going to be stopped for the moment, is going to be as a result of saturation, being that it has not really had a huge retracement for close to a month now. Thus, this might lead to panic selling which would not last for long and that might lead to correction of the market for another take off. My opinion though.... I don't wish the dive to happen this week |

I don't see any market crash soon.. the trend is just going up. This only suggest how persons really need bitcoin these days. I just hope it does stay the same as what I am seeing it to be the future of all currency.
Crash is in inevitable and one can expect crash at any movement but not soon as suggested by current market position. Correction in the value will help the alt market to pump again because all the alt coins are not at good state. Correction or crash in the price will help alt market to stand again and further more investors will invest in Bitcoin and in alt coins. |

Indeed the trend is still going up... there will always be corrections, but the user adoption is growing tremendously. Especially now with the news of ETFs maybe appearing. This means wall street money might be pouring in! But we will get a crash someday... but the bulls are still having the stage for now. Bitcoin can really have a big impact on our world economy! |

I don't know what to say on this effect but it's like and the price is going up the peoples are getting more interested in Bitcoin. Even from my locality many people have requested they want to know about Bitcoin, so I think Bitcoin is being adopted more frequently in all over the world and with this page I think we can cross $10,000 in around 2 years.
