Is this the time to buy them & Hold for month or two & take profits? Intends to buy & Hold

Bitcoin is on a bull run at the moment and alts are available at cheap price i would suggest do some research and grab some fundamentally good coins and hold . alts are supposed to rise after the segwit2x event.

Altcoin price is not easy to predict. personally I consider that Altcoin is a short-term investment for now because Altcoin's price is very volatile. with a note that when I have earned a profit margin then I will immediately sell it, I do not want to wait too long because usually Altcoin's price momentum never matches expectations. So do not wait if you are not sure, make sure that you are ready and dare to take risks when Holding Bitcoin. Appropriate rewards when we are smart to see the situation are the benefits in the Altcoin Sales aspect that we have.

This is not the correct time to buy altcoin because you are too late joning in the dip. My guess you can try to catch all of the altcoin in the cheap price if we will be facing the hardfork time, You can try to make a note about the exact date about the bitcoin hardfork. Be patience mate.

Yes as usual, in general most traders buy and hold when the price is cheap and sell it when prices are rising, this is how trader seeks to take advantage.

Ats are indeed very cheap at the moment, and it's worth accumulating a few for when the pump happens (and it will) after the fork.

I suspect that the pump might actually happen BEFORE the fork - people have to weigh up the value of the free coins compared to perhaps getting much more money by getting in on an alt pump early.

Like what the majority of all people here are saying, this kind of market trend to buy Alts, popular or least popular coins, even if they are for long term or short term holding, you should take the opportunity and this shouldn't be missed. I do believe that the price will continue to slide down until the fork or before the segwit2x event. You should also make some research which coin you will choose from as there are coins which might turn into a dead coin.

Again, take this kind of advantage but you shouldn't rush yourself into a situation you're not familiar with. There are tools (crypto sites) which you can use for your research and study.

i think this should be a good time to buy and hold altcoins because, they are very cheap now, that must be effected by bitcoin price, thanks to that we have a good chance to buy altcoins with a very cheap rise, you should buy altcoins as soon as possible because they may rise back very soon so you will have a great chance to sell for profit.

Alts are underrated since the last fork. Take advantage of the fork to buy alts. I hope they will recover after the November 16 and get back on track! Here, patient is important, just buy the lows some potential coin by look at the dev team and product behind it definitely it will pay off at the end.

yes altcoin is dying, everyone focus to get bitcoin. hard fork issues make everyone want BTC to get coins resulted from the split.
I think I have to wait a few weeks to restore altcoin.

Altcoins are only small profit. Because price is cheap, so I suggest to buy in nowadays. In future it will give a good profit. Altcoins are hold in the current market. Next year it create a great demand and price increased. That time many peoples are sell it in the altcoin in good deal. Because today is not a correct day to buy  altcoin it is my opinion.

in my view there will be another downward movement in a few days later more or less,
but right now is good time for us to buy altcoin and holding it,
at least until a new year,usually every altcoin will be pumped by the whales every early~mid new year.
nothing to worry about and just keep holding it.
but only hold the top one or an undervalued project,do not hold an unknown coin or project.
buy it right now and keep it safe,then go vacation for a few months.

IMO prices will keep crashing after next fork. Alts gonna to be huge after christmas for those who collected cheaper ones. Markets dont care about participant's opinion because they dont have required sense

The most alts will struggle until the fork is over. After that we will see some short term bounces at alts, but I am not sure how long this trend will hold on.
