It is definitely a good time to buy, but I don't recommend to go deeply in buying altcoins, the hype about failing projects is increasing, thus you have to pick your investments carefully, in addition, you should keep at least half of your money in bitcoin and ethereum.

For me its time to buy altcoins that is worth to hold. And dont put your funds in one altcoins. Choose worth altcoin to hold which offer good profit. Buy when price is cheap and sell when you earn already.

I think for now this is a big enough time to buy, because now bitcoin is still in the thinking about BTG and it is certain if it has been implemented altcoin will adjust to be able to give the best price on their role model (Bitcoin). but it is also not necessarily that altcoin will have a great influence in synchronization, constantly striving and analyzing to get the right strategies and tactics to create profits.

Altcoin price is not easy to predict. personally I consider that Altcoin is a short-term investment for now because Altcoin's price is very volatile. with a note that when I have earned a profit margin then I will immediately sell it, I do not want to wait too long because usually Altcoin's price momentum never matches expectations. So do not wait if you are not sure, make sure that you are ready and dare to take risks when Holding Bitcoin. Appropriate rewards when we are smart to see the situation are the benefits in the Altcoin Sales aspect that we have.

Your input makes a lot of sense. For people like me who are new to trading the hardest part is to take risk, but one that has to be taken none the less.

I am not an expert but for me, it is obvious that alts are going to have a very big rally...and sooner than you may think.

ATH's for global market capitalization and BTC is going to dump sooner or later, wich will result in a money rain for alts. Overall this is an expanding market, and ppl will soon realize that there are enormous possibilities in ALTs

It is always a good time to buy,, I don't think any particular time stands out. What really matters is doing your research and buying the right altcoin at the right price, buying without researching is akin to gambling. It may or may not go well.

This does not need much expert suggestion. The alts have bled enough and even if they would have to bleed a little bit more, it won't be that huge, so your friend can go ahead to buy them as they are pretty much in a very good buying state right now. Also, he should be careful the kind of coin he buys as some altcoins are shitty and unless he is willing to hold that coin for long, then he should not even bother.

That is very possible if Bitcoin keeps going up, although most of them will get pumped a little and then start experiencing the same level of dump again with bitcoin soaring. It is a norm and it is better to get as much quick profit one can get from them without being too greedy in case such scenario occurs or just stick to the charts for any strange movement.

We do know the recent update regarding on fork status which it ends up that it being cancelled already which means no fork would happen on this november 2nd week. Price would really react on this one and we should really prepare for corrections after such update. For those people who did bought bitcoin on peak prices would really have the worry specially if the people would decide to take profits and switch back to altcoins again. Best time to buy since altcoins are on bargain now.

Yes, it is always good to hold good alts unless one need to sell some for funds. Most alts
are still near bottom prices and should go back to old high or new all-time highs in 2018.

If you are willing to hold for a long time I will say yes this is one of the best times to buy altcoins, altcoins are very low in value and at some point that situation is going to correct itself and when that happens you are going to see a growth in some of the best altcoins out there, unfortunately I do not have a lot of bitcoin but the bitcoin I have is going to be mostly used to buy some alts like waves and ETH.
