I am still waiting for my answer aswell. Seems to be lack of support because of many requests. They tweet the following. We were facing huge support request load. We are working hard to resolve. Every request will be served, just asking for some patience. We didnt dissapear  #NGC #nagacoin #@thenagaico Good to know. I can wait, as long as I get an answer. |

Just relax, Naga is a solid company. My guess is most of there staff are on holidays with there family because its the X-mas new-year period. They are not a bunch of Indians trying to run a coin from there basement.
This coin will be big this year, I can see it reaching $20 very quickly

Hello, I must honoustly say that you have the most worst customer service I have ever seen on this planet. I have sent out 4 mails to support@nagaico.com because I have enabled 2FA authentiation but never could log in to my account again and I have bought some NAGA and could not issue my ether adress to, it was an urgent mail but now 3 weeks are gone. I posted the question on your facebook adress #thenagaico but someone answered me after 5 days and says I have to sent a mail and must join a slack or something. Haha, I wrote that I already sent 3 mails out but never get an answer so may be he was a littlebit drunk of new year. But .... My question is very simple, please help me and prove me that you really are a compayn I have doubts PLEASE HELP |

I don't know where you get this rubbish thought from. Go to Xetra index and search for NAGA Group stock. They are legit people. I don't like the management though but it's good to say the truth. This token is from a strong fundamental company in Germany. Stop your foolish FUDs. Am not happy with the management because they have more than enough money to list the Token in all major exchanges but they didn't do that. Hopefully, they will.
