Etherdelta is specialized in ETH-based tokens trading. For other coins there are lots of other exchanges out there. Check it out what's the best for you, depending on which coins you wanna trade and where you are located.

Useful resources to choose an exchange:

Are you looking for the platform that can exchange non-ERC coins? You may check yourself at changelly.com if they support any of these coins.
Or if you specifically looking for wallet to store your non ERC coins, then unfortunately there are no wallets.
Every coin has its own wallet and your are advised to hold your coins in respective wallet that can support non ERC based coins.

None of these exchanges can be an alternative to Etherdelta. Etherdelta is a decentralized exchange.

I agree very much that Etherdelta is a decentralized exchange. and be careful if you enter the ether-delta.com
address because it is a fake address that will take your money

Maybe you are asking for decentralized exchange.
There are lots of decentralized exchange out there.
But most of them supports their own platforms coin.
I would like to mention Waves Dex,Bitshare,Counterparty dex.
0x project is working on a decent decentralized exchange named radar relay.
I hope it will be fully working on 2018.

etherdelta is confusing to use. but you can try both of these exchanges, idex and coss.
Idex https://idex.market
Coss https://exchange.coss.io
but the trading volume here is not too big like etherdelta.

Radar Relay is a good alternative, they are shaping up to support quite a few tokens, mainly ERC-20 but possibly other tokens too.

Keep an eye on it.

I think he is asking for decentralized exchange but as far as i know Coss is not a decentralized exchange.Idex is decentralized but the problem is these decentralized exchanges have very little volume compared to traditional exchange. And DEX also needs lots of update and upgrate for better services.
