Need Assistance still please, I have windows 10 I found the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roming\steepcoin\     but I do not have the "steepcoin.conf" folder anyplace  why is it missing, I tried to create it, but will not let me add the coding to the file I created.....I know I'm not doing it right but that is why I'm asking for help.    why does this have to be done on the user end ? why isn't this done for the user in the origional download of the QT Wallet ?  thanks for anyone that can help me with this.

I know nothing about *.*   what does *.* mean ?   I have the note pad opened, and when I save the file in note pad, it will not let me save the file type as *.*  it will only let me save file type as .txt, or as all files.  I'm sure this is super simple for some of you to do in your sleep, but this is my first time.  If someone can explain this further to me would be great.....please.

it 's okay, I till a newbie in here, *.* that mean save the file type as all files, you can easy to download below files, and drop it to the correct folder:

*save as all files can allow you to change the files extension and the instruction, the notepad default extension is .TXT, in this time you need to .conf for control wallet.
