So far I have managed to withdraw without any issue, but I'm wondering why it takes so much time for withdrawals to be pending. Are you doing it manually? To withdraw you need to: - be logged in
- type your password again
- type in the pin
- -have access to email so you can confirm the withdrawal
In my opinion, those steps are sufficient safeguards to protect the user. After confirming the withdrawal, the withdrawal should proceed to completion. This is not enough, I do not withdraw manually. The script does it by itself, but it checks to see if it's a fake payout So is it a cron job that gets executed every x number of minutes? If so, I suggest to add some comment in withdrawal page that explains you need to wait upto x minutes for withdrawals to complete. |

You still have problems because you do not answer tickets. I have since 11-11-2017 where are my coins # 803639. its platform has serious errors, as I requested bitcoin withdrawal of a sale I made of NYC in the amount of 0.99084 from 10-11-2017 and until today day 20-11-2017 in appeared in my wallet that was sent, the myhistorico of this transaction disappeared from the platform, my coins are gone, you do not say anything, just ignore the problem or know but stay anyway  the address I sent was correct and I made a smaller value draw and it was ?, then why not the bigger one? Why do not my historian see this sack? I can post here the screens with the values if you want, for all to see that I am speaking the truth. |

Few suggestions for improvement: -Account Balances doesn't show amount for "Held on orders" (at least regarding BTC). I got few orders, but it is showing 0. Also, add checkbox "hide zero balances". -When going to specific market, show also full name of the coin, not just a symbol. -Maybe add a link to bitcointalk ANN thread for that coin. This way, we can learn more about the coin in case we are not familiar with it. -When making an order, the system does not take fee into account, so the "Net Total" might get bigger than our balance and then we need to lower the amount manually ourselves. And yeah, solve all those withdrawal complaints, otherwise people will not even bother to try the exchange. |

I have the same issue. Either I am getting "You must first cancel withdrawal for this wallet" message (COMP coin) or "Whoops, looks like something went wrong." message for others. |
