Registered and mining.

First account registration failed, could not log in, password reset email linked me to
silverwolf.ath.cx
that does NOT list ARG.
Please fix that.

First account worked after pw reset and change.
Mining on the second account though.

Found a block! Yay!

Request: Please add difficulty and difficulty change time on the dashboard to top status bar.
Estimated next difficulty is nice too.

Thanks!

I haven't seen that before, I'll check into it.

It's because the difficulty is so low, the dynamic lastNshares value is only 767 shares, i.e. shares expire very quickly.

I can tweak the calculation a bit to increase it because of the very low difficulty.

I've tweaked the lastNshares calculation to double the number of shares from normal because of the very low difficulty.  It is now 1533, that should help with your issue.

What time were you mining ?  The pool may have found a block, current round shares are reset every time a block is found.

(Also, you should be aware that current round shares are only displayed for information only.  That number is not used in any way to calculate payouts.)

lol, I just realized this is the wrong pool..  You are on the BOT pool.  Sorry, still sleepy here.  I'll fix the link on the pool to point to the correct forum.

Until this morning, The BOT pool was finding blocks every minute or two,  Just at the moment it's up to 15 minutes in between blocks.

With it finding blocks that fast the current roundshare stat is going to be mostly useless to you as it will be resetting all the time.

Ok.
on the other pools have - "Unpaid shares" - So how many shares can be seen clearer and counted but not yet paid.
(not sure what the Google translated correctly)

Fixed the pool link to point to the correct forum here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=245407.msg2627683#msg2627683

I'm not entirely sure what I can replace the current roundshare stat with though.  Number of shares in the past 10 minutes maybe ? or total number of shares submitted ?

Do you have a suggestion ?

I understand what you are looking for now.

That stat was rendered obsolete when I re-designed the PPLNS payout system to make it Dynamic.

You aren't paid simply based upon shares anymore.  The shares you submit earn you a percentage of the disbursement of the next found block.  That percentage is calculated based upon your rank in the PPLNS system at the time the block is found, compared to all the other miners at the time the block was found.

It's a fast, accurate and fair way to do the payouts, but it does mean that "Unpaid Shares" doesn't really mean anything anymore and it's not calculated by the logic.

I've been thinking about what to replace it with and what I'm leaning towards at the moment is a simple stat for Pending Payments.  It would show you how many block payments you have waiting for blocks to confirm.

Edit: to point out that in any PPLNS system a single share may be paid once, more than once, or not at all, depending on the legnth of the rounds.  So the "Unpaid Shares" display you may see on other PPLNS pools is frighteningly inaccurate.

Would that new stat help you out at all ?

the statistics should be transparency of calculations.
I do not see how many shares accepted and I do not see how much paid me the shares in each block.

for example:

Last 50 Blocks Found

Block    Validity    Finder    Time     Reward      Shares    Your reward

As far as the VARDIFF adjustments to the share difficulty goes, once it reaches the optimal setting for your hash rate you should be getting 1 share about every 10 seconds or so.  If you aren't getting somewhere close to that than please let me know.

That's true, your payments aren't listed in the stats table.

Once the payments have been issued it is visible in your ledger, and the PPLNS Status display on the stats page shows you what your payout will be if a block is found right now.  But after a block is found and before it is paid, there is no display for that at the moment.

I'll see what I can come up with in that regard, meanwhile, keep an eye on the PPLNS status display.  You won't find anything like it on any other pool.

It shows the current dynamic status of the PPLNS system, and what payouts will be issued should a block be found.  It is the definition of 100% transparency.

You can watch yourself move up in ranks when you start mining as you are filling out the PPLNS lastnshares and you can watch your rank slowly drop as you stop mining and your shares expire over time.
