If i buy 3 of these how can i get them as a hardware ? I mean how do i get those chip work properly ?

u can use it on new pcb( read post #2) or add chips to Jal pcb.


ps:not easy to do by yourself with BGA chip.

Good luck getting a third chip onto the board without de-soldering the other two. Then, once you have it running, good luck keeping it cool enough to not melt the traces.

As far as I know this is GB for chips only or at list it was. But I'm making the boards as well...

That could work but you need special tools that you probably don't have. So you would need someone who has them. 5 chips on Jal pcb would probably work if you have later revision of the board. Buying just chips you also loosing time that you could be mining... If other will go into direction I'm going pcb will work from 1 to 8 chips. But for now I only promising that max of 4 will work. I think 6 should but don't know. Seeing something simulated and working is different. When I have samples I can see how it goes.
