The good effects would be the more efficient the jobs would be. It would be more faster than human employees and less errors would occur. On the other hand poverty would increase due to less job offers.
No any other thing can replace human because it’s the human who make robot ant robot make human so its mean robots are under control of humans it may be good for some time but there are not good as human are human have mind and when they start to use their thinking so they can make possible anything robot can just give you relaxation in your work nothing more so I will prefer humans then robot and even I’m not in favor of any robot.
I don't think so robots or machines are designed to do a specific job which if a human is in that position would more than likely have errors. That is why when a company is going into a modernization process they are laying off working as they know that that upgrading humans to robots would incur them less cost as they will only need to pay their electrcity and maintenance compared to paying the workers their salary.

Yes there's an advantage and disadvantage of using robots in replacing human.  The good side is it can make our work easier, it can work at a constant speed without breaks, dayoff or even holiday so more products will be produce while the bad side is people can lose their jobs in the factories that can result to imbalance to our economy.

Right, this will cause a whole generation of suffering and poverty since thousands jobs will be lost. It's good for the business, just not for the society.

as i said on the title what are the good effects and bad effects of robots in replacing human jobs.
What is your opinion about this guys.
The good effect is that the product produced by the robots are more uniform and have less defects the bad side is that people are having a lot more trouble finding jobs and feeding their families and this is becoming a problem all around the world.

For business owners or entrepreneurs, of course, using robots for production is a very profitable thing, they can reduce the production cost up to tens of percent so it becomes very efficient, of course this has a negative impact on humans because it increases unemployment.

I think robots better replace human on working because they could do more exactly and effective than human. But it shouldn't happen with creative job.

Robot replaces human work, in my opinion it is only good for some upper class only. especially businessmen and conglomerates. Because the robot can work 24 hours without rest, which is certainly more profitable. While the bad effects can only be felt by the bottom only, because they will be very difficult to get a job and improve their economy, because they can do has been taken over by robots.

But there are still some jobs that robots can't do but human can. Yes it is true that robots can make the work more efficient and accurate because they don't get tired, they don't need food, and most important is the company don't need to pay them unlike with human they have basic needs, they need benefits and wages.

I don't think so, with the insane developing of AI bots. They could do anything that people can do even they could do better than human too.

The example of good effect that robots in replacing human jobs is on company management side. Robots can manufacture more than humans because there were programmed only on production. But the bad effect that robots in replacing human jobs is the decrease of employment because of the replacement of human jobs.

Robots help people do highly detailed tasks that are not visible to the naked eye, dangerous work in high temperatures, great depths, or exploration of new lands. But the abuse of robot parts has taken away the work of the workers, making people become lazy and dependent on the robot.

Yes that's why company create robots for their long term benefit even it cost a lot. But the fact that robots can be a threat for the increase of unemployment rate and many families will starve to death because of it. Moreover, robots are just applicable for first world countries.

I guess robotized mechanisms ensure more safety on the production floors. Nowadays, workers can not cut their arms working on complex machines or something

The good effect is it will become more faster and accurate to do things but for the people, they will lose their jobs because they will replace by the robots. We all now today because of the technology it can take over anything. But it takes time to make a robot to do a the things that can human do. The bad part of it,  robots can be malfunction because of how its made.

The bad effects are many people will become jobless because of the robots/machines take over the job and unemployment rate on a country increase. The good effect is everything is calculated because robots help the company, reduce the cost of employees salary on that company.
These bad effects should always be expected in situations like this and I am really trying to look at how things will end in the long run.

It is just better now to start thinking of being business oriented than trying to do some factory work as a lot will keep losing their jobs as business owners keep finding a way to introduce robots to get the job done. The efficiency cannot be compared to humans as it is a lot higher.

There are so many things that make robot far better and everyone rather than complaining that they are being replaced should better go learn a new trade like servicing the robots as that is where money would be. Apparently and no one will blame anyone for it.

Robots do not get tired as long as you keep doing all the mechanical stuffs to keep them active and running, they do not go on leave, they do not receive salary and they can get the job done faster than any human can.

As we all know everything that surrounds us has bad and good effects. I will first point out the bad effects on replacing human jobs to robots. Robots will make the numbers of human job lesser because other companies chooses robots for efficiency and mass productions. It will cost quite high for machines are high maintenance and cost high to purchase, but on it's good effects, it will make the production fast, and easy as well.

yes there is really a big effect of robots in the first place the good effect is robots are very fast to work and the bad effect is if they will choose robots to work in a company then where will human work?they dont have work then they dont have salary where will they get money to buy their needs. thats the effect of robots.
The speed, the effect on getting jobs done faster, better, and with high level of accuracy is one thing that robots will have over human workers most especially in the cases of factory and some other pro jobs too anyway. A lot are being rendered jobless already and that is one thing we will keep seeing, so the best is just to adapt to the system and find other ways to best fit in that would really be needed.

It will be a disaster for humans because until now, unemployment is a serious problem that can not be solved by almost all governments in the world. I've heard the discourse, that the Bank will replace all its operational employees with the Robot because the machine is considered to bring more profit than hiring humans. No leave, Work 24 hours, And always follow the programmed procedure. That means the less the cost will be incurred as operational support.

This makes perfect sense, and we must be prepared for it by changing our mindset and way of working. That's the good effect.
