as i said on the title what are the good effects and bad effects of robots in replacing human jobs.
What is your opinion about this guys.

There are many advantages of robots. First of all, robots (machines) have been use ever since. Companies and factories are using these machines or robots to produce more productions triple than any human can do. They can work without breaks and can do jobs without feeding them. However, these robots are programmed to do only specific task. So only one task at a time. While humans are multi tasker, they can do many things at the same time. Robots can be manipulated without humans.

Robots has the ability to work at a constant speed without pausing for breaks, sleep, or vacations, and ultimately has the potential to produce more in a shorter time than a human being. However on the other hand, the unemployment rate will increase and many people wil get poorer and poorer while the company owners will get richer.

The use of robots in the industrial world is already a lot done especially in developed countries. But the use of this robot brings positive and negative impacts.
Positive impacts include:
1.The workmanship is faster
2.The company does not need to pay for food and transportation because the robot if its energy runs out only need to be recharged with electricity
3. Slavery of human work
Negative impacts include:
1.Manusia becomes lazy
2.The use of electrical energy to refill the robot makes us have to provide greater electrical energy

Well,if there is Good Effects there is also Bad Effects.
Bad Effects:
*Humans become more lazy since they know that there is already robots to do the works.
*The companies hired robots instead of humans, there is possibilities for a lot of Unemployed workers.

The good effect of robots is make thing more faster and easier because it can work all computerized but all of the sudden when robot works it lessen the human jobs it decreases the job hiring of the company

It's more like a two way area..
Which job .. you are talking about is more important .
If it's related to some hazardous job and... About nuclear reactive jobs where a worker is exposed to bad radiations.. then for sure it's a great boon for the society.

But they shouldn't replace humans in all jobs since... If that happens then.. the already less jobs available will decrease even further.

The good effect of it is people become innovative in terms of using knowledge in science and technology, just like a machine, robots can make our lives much easier. But on the other hand, many will lose their jobs and also people will become more dependent on robots rather than human itself.

We all know that different people have different kind of achieved level of education and not all of the people will be working as a technician or in charged of maintenance because most of the people in the other part of the world are uneducated so they are more on work force so if the robots replace the human jobs then the unemployment rate will increase.

using robots for operations increases productivity as they can work for long hours without getting tired, they are efficient in their service and also increase the profit of organizations as they don't collect salaries. The disadvantage however lies in the loss of human jobs which on the longrun affects the economy of the state/nation.

Robots bring advantage in our society. Robots can work longer by not getting tired and benefits to industry, but an increasing number of robots in the workplace means an increase in the unemployment rate of humans and a decrease in wages. as you consider Humans are more efficient than robots when it comes to decision making, handling difficult situations, and sense of emotion and empathy into a workplace.
