They can but they will not. I have joined in the past and I don't necessarily check the thread since I only visit the manager's profile for updates than going through gibberish replies. Just read the OP and the manager's last posts then that's it.
i guess op has been scammed by these ico's that why he wants to be remove it all on the bounty/altcoins sections but that seems impossible to do because that can reduce a lot of traffic to the site if those sh*ts were removed.
Possible. That's why you need to choose what ICO you want to participate.
Do what I do:
Profile---> Ignore Boards Preferences---> <check button for Altcoin Tokens, Bounties, and whatever else annoys you>.
Waa-la, all those garbage offers and spammy nonsense magically disappears.
Also you can add to your ignore list some users who annoys you so much. Waa-la~
