I think not. It's shown to have slow network congestion lately and this will only get worse as more projects based on ETH are released. There are much better blockchains in development that will have a higher TX/s.

It hit the bottleneck. No more improve or any chance to up if those pb hasn't fix.

Hey mate, you must read the recent roadmap that will be happening in this year because there is a lot of new stuff will be coming as fast as possible and remember there will be sharding blockchain and plasma to help the scalability of ethereum blockchain while run dapps in the ethereum blockchain. It will be happening soon and don't worry. Eth will overtake bitcoin.

I think this could happen soon because ETH is really cheap at the moment and if we invest right now, we will probably make a good profit and surely one day ETH can outperform Bitcoin.  The trend of big investors is choosing ETH more than BTC and you should consider investing

Since 2013 , the price of Bitcoin still increasing until it has passed 7k $ . i'm thinking about the Ethereum and it could be the same scenario like bitcoin after 2 or 3 years . is it possible ?

An increase in value will be there but because of many altcoins on the market i think getting to bitcoins value will take a long time 3 years might not even be enough unless bitcoin dies.

No, why would it be the future? it is a good coin, but it is very slow at the moment, a simple transaction has to be pending for more than 2 hours because the network is extremely slow because of the saturation of the mempool. Ethereum has good potential, but in terms of technology, it is shit.

Yeah it started the age of altcoins. It is now bitcoin of its erc20 tokens. It is one of the best coins undeniable and it works as intended now creating many services. Nothing negative for me.

Yes it can be,  the value increases also rapidly,  so i think it will follow the footsteps of bitcoin.  The value now is $1300 who knows what will be the value of ETH after 3-5 yrs.

In my opinion, Ethereum has a very good future. Last year I saw this with $300+ only and today look at the price now $1,200+. I thought, I got more ethereum last year.

Recently I wrote in this thread that by the spring of ETH it will be 2000 USD. Then it barely cost 900 dollars, but it is already 1400 dollars and is approaching 1500. My forecast for spring remains in force, I believe that with corrections to spring it will come to 2000.

I do believe that the coin can be the future of the cryptocurrencies as since its origin the coin has shown a rapid growth (1100%) and now holds a market capital of $67 billion. Also the coin has one of the best development teams behind it and not only as a token for smart applications, the coin can also be used as a platform for posting new ICOs. Due to these facts the coin has also been accepted by some big companies like Microsoft, Intel, JP Morgan. Hence, the coin has a lot of potential.

It's possible; ETH is popular for it's cheap transactions and quick processing times compared to bitcoin. It's a good investment to hold for a long time. Whether it is 'the future' is speculation - but then that's what we're in!

If you compare Ethereum blockchain to any other newer generation blockchains like cardano, eos etc then Ethereum is way lower than this in terms of technology. Forget about transaction fees and time.

I fully support your opinion. In the future, its place will be occupied by other projects, which are several times stronger in terms of technology. Now the Etherium has fame and popularity, it needs to be used.

The progress of ETH is unbelievable, and I know it is everybody's second option keep on their wallet to hold, some used it to buy on ICO's token, and due to its growth, I believe in the future it will enter all aspects and achievement which Bitcoin has already reached until today, though, it can't beat BTC but at least there is a coin that keeps tailing its achievement.
