Binary.com ICO will be done differently than most ICOs out there. We are using an "IPO on the blockchain" concept. This means our tokens will be subjected to regulations and best practices designed to protect investors. It is also linked with dividends payment! (just like an IPO, but in the blockchain).

The token price will be determined through Dutch Auction where you may bid from $1.35/tokens (or equivalent value to other currencies/cryptocurrencies) with a minimum bid of 25 tokens.

Yes. The ERC20 tokens will be tradable once it's listed to our appointed listing exchange. In this case it's gonna be Lykke Exchange. The listing date is not confirmed yet. But it will be some time after the ICO ends

The auction has ended. As the minimum target was not reached, all investors will receive a refund on their active bids. When can we expect the refund? I placed a withdrawal order and on their site i get the following information : Each transaction will be confirmed once we receive three confirmations from the blockchain.
