I see R_BLOCK as a decentralized Linkenid. This is a very important fact. Each ICO will seek to attract developers and staff from there.

R_Block are creating a network of the top tech professionals, focusing on Blockchain first. This is potentially one of the biggest challenges for Crypto to attract the best talent to the right projects.
