Hi all.
I opened a Jaxx wallet a few days ago and transferred part of a Bitcoin from Local Bitcoins.com and then LiteCoins from BitPanda.com.
In both instances I have proof of transfer together with long transaction reference numbers.
Go back to the Jaxx wallet and it asks for a Backup phrase.....I had none, therefore no access.
I have since found out that when you open the wallet a prompt is supposed to appear to remind you to generate a back up phrase.
That didn't happen for me......and now I have funds in the wallet that I can't access.

My complaint to Jaxx has just resulted in a "Sorry...nothing we can do.." type of response.

Is there anyone out there with some technical wizardry that can help me...??

Many thanks,
 Moz

If you didn't backup your seed passphrase there's nothing you can do except if you backup your private keys..
But if both nothing(seed and Private keys) you can't recover your wallet and get your bitcoin and litecoin out.
Next time you should backup all seeds and private keys if ever this is happen again you can recover it using them...
For now i recommend to not use their service because i heard that their service is worst..  If you really wanted a secured wallet for your coins hardware is recommended ledger nano s and trezor wallet..
