I find the best buy times by looking at sell orders, when they drop below a certain level I buy. I use standard chart techniques.  I see bitcoin going to 200.00 within 1 year. Also the finish line of 21 million approaches. Bitcoin has a lot going for it. imho

The best time to buy smt if when it's cheap.
So best time is going back in time and getting it for $2 a piece. If you can't do that, at least wait till the price drops below $100.

The volume drops on the weekend too, it's one of the factors helping lower the price I think.

The price held steady this weekend even though the news https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241361.0 was terrible regarding  BF. It is now Monday morning and it's now trading @ 101-103.

This is a buy op at this price. Cost average down

Yes. Buy op is based on Mt.Gox price so XYZ exchange price will allow one to cost average down as well. Price drop is not a bad thing, it allows one to accumulate without mining.
