[ANN][REC] Update Version of REC (from 1.0.0.0 to 1.0.0.1)

All REC users:

Our REC DEV team are very happy to let you know that we release a new version of REC (version from 1.0.0.0 to 1.0.0.1), the new version include the following features:
1. Adding specific block hash as checkpoint (we suggest all you guys update to the new version in order to avoid 51% attack)
2. The logo has been redesigned and it's much more pretty now.
3. Fix some translation errors.
