I don't really know something like that. Since there are too many it would be such a disaster to make all of them join a single telegram group. Maybe if someone will be so kind to make a group and he will monitor everything then report everything there.

I suggest you manually research because sometimes all that you may read about that ICO is good which is too biased sometimes

Nope, there is no such websites cause the amount of time you need to put it into to keep up with the updates unless people are willing to pay big amount to avail such service

I think it is better to look for some ICO listings to find some upcoming  ICO. Most of crypto related news websites have something like that but sometimes those lists are not full and include only payed ICOs so it is better to look thru several websites. Telegram groups are not always trustworthy because they may be used to make people buy unneeded shitcoins or tokens.
