One of my first ICOs it was presale and I did some research. But overall I didn't understand much about technicals of the project. Anyway after my investment in SONM it pumped 10x from the ICO price. It was the time of huge rise for all altcoins also. Flipping ICOs could be ok but you have to be really carefull to choose what project you are investing in.

a few months ago China banned ICO because it could harm many, possibly because the President forbids his people not to lose in ICO ,,
But ICO is not necessarily a disadvantage, at least the price of ICO at the same time launching price of 1: 1, so no harm, if possible the price after launching will rise many times, but it rarely happens, so be careful!

I am not sure about many of the projects right now because the altcoin market was on a slide for sometime and just recently we see some movements in the alt coin market and i hope all of the ICO will give you good returns from now on,majority of the ICO could not even get to a good profitable margin for the past few months in my experience but i had success in the past.

But I would like to hear successful stories about people who invested in ICOs and made profit. Please, tell what ICOs you invested and how much profit you made, if you liked it and if you still look for this kind of investment.

Honestly, as far as experience, today the ICO price will drop around 50-80% after token sale ended.
I joining many ICO group because it's a mandatory as bounty participant. And I saw that, many investors complaining about the price after listed on first exchanges, Then they also blame bounty participants because they thought bounty participants dumped the price. So far, I and my closest friend never heard about good experience story. Actually, I would hear the good story

Honestly, I have never had a success story about ICO.
I still do not have the courage to follow ICO projects. I still afraid to lose my money. Because in my opinion, it is still very difficult to make a profit in ICO, unless you are the ICO dev/team project.

Investing in ICO's is good but it depends on what ICO's are you looking for. Yes we can't deny that sometimes there are several scam ICO and projects that didn't succeed. Although this phenomenon happened there are few good and legit ICO's that make people successful. I once bought Tokenomy in ico with a capital of 0.5 BTC (that's the minimum fund for investing) and shortly after trading at INDODAX the price keeps increasing and I get 2 BTC.

Actually this is a pretty big profit, because ICO made a big profit, so many people invested in ICO pretty much, they take risks, risky to buy at low prices and waiting to sell at high prices, I I think that during this time and in the future the ICO will be more and more difficult to choose, as there are too many ICOs out there and almost all scams.

You are contradicting your own statement man. I could tell you what ICOs me and my resourceful friend are looking at right now but, i strongly suggest you to search for it yourself. Get your own hands dirty. Be more resourceful. If you get used to this actions, then you will surely succeed in the crypto world. But if you always rely on others.you will most likely fail here. So take my advice and do the searching yourself. It ain't for anybody else but kust you. So always give your best with that.

He is not contradicting himself, he is asking for people to post about positive experiences with their investment in icos, he is not asking for advice in what ico he should invest, the only thing I do not agree with the op is to reveal how much profits you got out of it because if the profits are big you could become a target for hackers and scammers trying to get your money.
