Most of the new ICO are garbage. Always do your research before put your money into it. New trend most legit projects requested KYC (know your customer) but, it's not worth the risk to give away your personal information to any ICO risk of data breach.

This is a big problem many icos are not worth our time or our investment and the few that could be are now saying that we need to go through KYC, it seems the developers of projects like icos are really making a huge mistake in my opinion, with the market begin this slow, new regulations and scams they are not in the position to set whatever conditions they want.

I didn't invest anything in an Ico before but I tried to join bounty campaigns and airdrops which had helped me earn profitable coins. Through my hodlings from those rewards, I gained good amount of earnings which I used as my capital. Only through hodling have I earned better.

if the ICO reaches the soft cap even hard cap is likely to be successful, but it really does not guarantee the market price will be good. yes, all back on the developer team of each project. but we can analyze the purpose of their project and roadmap.

I'm interested in projects that offer their own blockchain. It is always interesting, profitable and has much sense in building further prospects. Also in such projects, it is quite fascinating to study white paper, where technical characteristics are presented. Believe me, at this stage of the cryptocurrency development, there are a lot of interesting projects. They are good and promising.

First there are a lot of things you need to consider before investing in an ICO first is the money you will be using to invest can you afford to lose that money? that really matter because you cannot really rely 100% money back in ICO the risk is there then the next is how good the ICO is well in this one you really need to dug significant information associated with the ICO you want to invest in technically, Functionally because this will determine how will the project be materialized.

In my opinion, if the marketing strategy of a project is not enough, the success of ico is dependent on the product of the project and the marketing of the staff, and some other basic elements. That is my personal opinion.

Previously ICO's are good to invest especially when some celebrities are getting involved to promote their investment. but as the time pass by, Its getting sour because most ICO's this days are scam, You had to scrutinize carefully the ICO before you can find a trustworthy project:)

Never did i experienced investing in an ICO but so far all my parcipated ICO’s  are pretty successful although there are some that has been too late in distributing the tokens who took me awhile and waiting and another waiting for the token to be listed in a big exchange. Like i have one token in my ethereum wallet that been there still for 3 months already because the team are still working to have more investors i think before putting it on an exchange.

Im a bounty hunter, and the good thing is that I only gave a little of my time in that ICO. But still its an effort. So some pointers will be nice

At the core you need to have a product or service that a lot of people want to build on top of and ultimately use. Nurture this community, be honest with them, keep in regular contact and give them means to communicate. If you can do this then you can survive challenges like bad timing and you don’t have to rely on whales to gobble up supply.
