I think they can remain at high market cap for quite some time, just like ripple. But in the long term, I don't see a very good future, unless they find a way to remove the cordinators without causing damage to the network.

They have plans to move the coordinator off into a decentralized manner, so they are working on it at the moment.

Does it really matter if it is decentralized or not. When it comes to currency options, I understand the need for decentralization; however, IOTA is a utility token, and decentralization is not an issue here. As for me, it doesn’t matter either way, if it’s a sound project.
