Well, I'd say MaidSafeCoin. Probably one of the oldest coin you can think of, and the price has been around 0.29 to 0.60. Not too much volatility compared to others. Furthermore, the team is always hard at work.

As I see it, everybody should choose Litecoin. It is fast, it is safe, it is big and it is not too volatile )if we don't take the latest pump).

I have faith in both Neo and Ethereum, I think both will succeed.  Ethereum has a solid ground work and was first to market.  Neo I feel has the potential to gain Chinese acceptance, and if it does.... well it won't need help from there.

No altcoin is safe to invest your money but looking at the history I have faith in Ethereum that it will last longer and will achieve very high price in future so if I have to choose any altcoin for investment then I will put all my money only in Ethereum.

The best thing you can do is to make more research about it. As i have seen to all altcoins, Etherium coins was the best to hold. Not just it was stable but it was safest too. You should expect that there will be some risk in terms on it.

you need to know, all have a considerable risk. so you just have to be patient and choose the altcoin that really has the future. if you want to minimize the loss, you can start with eth. I think eth is a great start for altcoin investment.

Os university team is releasing a new coin called Edu Token will is going to help every member to gain knowledge and get educated through it’s emerging platform i.e. Blockchain technology. I think it may be safe to keep this tokens from now.

theres no such thing as safe beacause we live in a cruel world. people are greedy and always wants more money and power to be able to lead and dictate other people , anyways back to the original topic.  i can say again that theres no such thing or word  as  safe due to the fact that all altcoins not only altcoins but also bitcoins are somehow volatile and fluctuates frequently, therfor all of them are the same and has a risk even fiats or money has a risk too,  all things that has a value has a risk, everything that involves money has a risk. you need to consider and take the risk in order to be gain something. but overall i think etherium is so so far the good coin with minimal risk and has a modest gains.

People need to accept the fact that when you invest your money there is a big a chance you lose money, looking for a safe investment is the equivalent to looking at the gold pot at the end of the rainbow.

yea ethereum is perfect for longterm and safest than other altcoin investment. The price is quite stable with their smart contract and cryptokitties game so not much anxiety if you invest in ethereum.

Actually you can check about the main program from the alt coin purpose or you can check the main progress record or the track record from the coin. in my opinion first ten coin on marketcap list are safe, and coin backed with gold or it has intrinsic value backed safe also.

I would recommend ETH then!
Neo seems like a good recommendation too. Has been hovering around 20+ to 30+.

I also have same opiniom, etherium is good now to invest with low risk.

Ethereum is always one of the most mentioned coins no matter what, and that is a good thing since it means that is a great coin lead by able developers that know what they are doing and are able to reflect that in the market cap of their coin.

Atm that would probably be etherium and neo as both have a great future.Neo is pushing marketing for western markets and devs that can use and build apps on neo platform,eth because it should switch to pos stage and the end of 2018 and the price will go way up

Right now major of the people indicate ethereum to be the trusted altcoin for investment purposes, even though there is lot other altcoins that have been growing high in value without much fluctuations but in a stable manner. Expect more trust to be gained from altcoins in the further year, because of lot focus getting turned towards altcoins.
