No this is not my order. This is one of the first orders made. I guess I will get that mail around 15th November. But that means that I will send mail to get ready around 5th November and deadline will be 14th... I hope BTC will be stable

I don't like the wording of this letter.  Maybe this is how the purchase agreement was framed and we don't have a choice.  But it really says nothing about them being on time.

Not SHIP YOUR ORDER?  Queue for processing what?  The factory will ship the order won't it?

But maybe we have to pay prior to the "scheduled" shipping date.

I would suggest that before we pay, we ask for commitment to shipping date.  If they are so close to being ready as to charge us then certainly they know what week or day the chips will ship.

I just have zero trust in this company and their wording purposely says nothing about actually shipping.

I can give you theoretical dates or you can calculate them(first post have dates). I plan to ask at 90 days to go and give 8 days. But I would wait for first delivers. So I we will see if BFL is delivering on time.

Chips in batch 3: 14th August  ----> 12th November ----> 22th November
Chips in batch 2: 17th July ----> 15th October ----> 25th October
Chips in batch 1: 3rd and 4th July ----> 1th October ----> 11th October

So we need to watch for actual delivery of orders made by other group buyers, I belive the first groups made orders early to mid June.
Their payment time (order+90 days) is about now. with delivery due in about 10 days (23rd September).
If the early orders are delivered on time, then our payment schedule (quote above) should work out ok. that gives buyers in batch one 16 days to arrange our payments to Lucko for the 1st October.......

OK yes that was a big mistake yes... I was looking at batch 3 not 1 Yes in about 4 days I will send you a email that we need to get ready... and that I need found around 1st. Also I would suggest to order boards around 25th so I will have them for sure ready. At that time we will also know for sure if BFL is delivering on time...

The first day for orders was 6/10/13 (I ordered 6/11/13).  Delivery was suppose to occur 100 days later. 100 calendar days after 6/11 is 9/18/13.  I will keep you posted.
