Ok guys, here it is, a one day auction with no reserve for a batch 2 Avalon in hand and ready to ship.
Pics available on request.
starting bids at 50 BTC
bid increments of 1 BTC.
Auction will end today at 6 PM EST.
winner will get the unit for 50 BTC if that's the high bid.
50% of the winning bid must be paid to me tonight at 6 PM, the remaining 50% must be in escrow tonight as well.
I'd post a pic in the thread but cant figure out how...
Shipping cost is on the buyer and I'll expect to be paid in BTC for shipping once the unit arrives, no need to escrow that.
Good luck.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

"Ok guys, here it is, a one day auction with no reserve for a batch 2 Avalon in hand and ready to ship"
"Shipping cost is on the buyer and I'll expect to be paid in BTC for shipping once the unit arrives, no need to escrow that"
so in one sentence your saying its ready to ship. in the other your saying once the unit arrives. Which is it? I think its time you post pics of the unit with your forum name on it and date. thanks

Sorry for the confusion, what I mean is I'll cover the shipping cost to you, and once you get it I'll expect to be paid back for the shipping. also, I cant figure out how to post pics, if you are interested please leave your e-mail address and I'll send some over. Once again, sorry for the confusion. Surp

Not possible, I'll explain it now so the question does not keep coming up. I do not fully trust escrow, I want to make sure I have something in my wallet before shipping. Thanks for asking though. Surp

Thank you for your answer. The only way I might be interested in non-100% escrow mode is to go "standard way", which means legally claimable contract with high penalty set for both sides in case of violation, this verified by notary before any funds or goods go out. Any chances for this?

Yes, I have no problem with this, if you wish to write a contract, I can print it out, take it to a notary, sign it get it stamped and fax or e-mail it back. Surp

Nice setup BUT that could be anyones pics. you have to write your screen name and date on a piece of paper and show that in the pics with the Avalon.

I'd offer 50 BTC with 100% escrow through John K... Ship with delivery confirmation/signature required and take pictures of box being packed up, and you should have all the proof you need to get the funds released once the package arrives, if the buyer wanted to try and claim the package didn't arrive/wasn't as advertised.

A questions, sir.
Since there is no escrow, can I pick it up locally tomorrow for 100% of the winning auction bid?

Provided you leave a 10 BTC deposit to me tonight, yes. I have local friends and friends of friends who are willing to buy it now, LIVE! I wont hold it for nothing, doing so may cause me to lose a real life buyer. Hope you understand. Surp

where is the item located?
Montreal Canada. Just a form question but a 50 BTC starting bid and 'no reserve' seems a little odd. Technically the reserve is 50 BTC if that is the lowest price you are willing to sell it for, no?
