its not scam, make some research, i already purchase my limit today, daily limit is 50 uch. they are some similarity in bitconnect, and regal coin, i base on thier website design, rigistrar (NameCheap, Inc) check it out on whois dot com. but im not recomending this ico, im only telling my opinion base on ur question. Never forget the golden rules. Invest only what you can afford to lose. Get your capital back as quickly as possible. Play with the profits. Diversify Your Investments

just see if there is any incoming funds used for the ICO in the wallet available, if there is of course could be spelled it is a real ICO, if there is no funds flowing for ICO it can be said that ICO is a scam

Ucoin looks pretty risky to me, but all icos are inherently extremely risky. Unless there's media hype.

I think they are artificially creating demand to get more interest and speculation
Once it is listed in exchange the price will be artificially boosted and the creators of the coin will dump the coin and make profit (dump)
