Is Bittrex going to give us our Bitcoin Gold? They said they would take a snapshot of our balances and then credit it to us. It's turning out to be a major altcoin so not sure why they aren't listing it.

BTG is on testnet for a week now, It's not smart at all to trade futures as we can clearly see from people who bought B2X futures are now pretty much fucked. It's possible BTG wont even launch. |

I don't think bittrex will. I had my BTC there for 2weeks after the fork. I didn't get anything.

They said they won't list it but they will credit it. They are very picky when listing a coin and still bitcoin gold is an unknown. I can understand their reasoning. |

Don't really know about it. But I think you can get BTG con Bittrex only when it's listed on this exchange. Nobody received their BTG for now and still waiting for it. Just spend more time to wait and see if Bittrex will do it or not.

They can just credit people with bitcoin gold in their wallet, but they can choose to not list a market for it. |

they still did not make any decision,yet right ?
because Bitcoin Gold itself still under consideration or we can say it has a possibility to exist.
everything is messed up right now and i believe we will not heard anything about it at least until a new month.
people still thought about the movement that will happen with Bitcoin right now,
or preparing themself to face the correction right now.

As afar as I know bittrex will not support BTG that's what all I know about it. I don't know about the hearsay or humors I heeard if that is true or not. |

They announced that they will credit it but not list it and I trust that they will do that, give them some time, bitcoin gold isn't even up and running yet so there's no major panic just now. They would have a huge backlash if they went back on their word so they certainly won't.

Yes you will get your BTG when the mainet and the replay protection will get released. I don't know why bitcoin gold is now pumping if the majority of the community didn't receive any bitcoin gold and it can be easily crushed by those individuals. |

Yes. I think they probably will because they have said so. But they are not gonna be adding it to their exchange. And i understand why. Because bittrex is pretty meticulous with just about every coin or token that they accept in their exchange. And with the current issues of bitcoingold right now, well...

If they said they are going to give the tokens they will, I don't think they trust the developers behind Bitcoin Gold and most exchanges now don't want to list any token without active development

Here is the official statement, and they will credit BTG if: Bittrex will make all reasonable attempts to credit our users BTG but until we have a fully supported wallet, we can neither guarantee tokens or consider creating a market. We will continue to monitor the state of the codebase and network. We'd also like to encourage the BTG development team to reach out to us.

I don't think bittrex will support bitcoin gold. There are many news and rumors about BTG being a scam coin and there are proofs that seems to be legitimate. But I think there are also some exchanges that allowed the circulation of bitcoin gold on their market, hitbtc for example.

Well, they said they would be taking a snapshot and crediting us for the amount. If they are getting it for their total amount of BTC held, which comes from us who have accounts there, then it's only right eventually they credit us.
