Considering that ICO ends soon, I hope that the project will continue to impress all of us even after it concludes!
I share your opinion and can't wait to see the next steps of Xwin! You can check the road map

Yes, you r right! Lightning is a decentralized network using smart contract functionality in the blockchain to enable instant payments across a network of participants. Their slogan is Transactions for the future
So why lighting transactions are fee-free? Assuming merchants eat the transaction fee as they do for credit card fees, it will save merchants a lot of money (>2%). Note however that for large Bitcoin purchases just doing a standard blockchain transaction will be cheaper than using the LN. Even with current transaction fees, if you pay $1000 for something with Bitcoin with a $5 fee, if LN has a 0.5% fee then it'd also be a $5 LN fee, so using those hypothetical numbers that would be the break even point where $1000 use normal bitcoin transaction. LN is meant for many small purchases and will be much cheaper than Bitcoin when you use it for many small everyday purchases.

Well, that's the usual thing in online business but now devs added protection so it shouldn't happen again.

Are you asking about past few days or the whole period since the start of ICO?

Are you asking about past few days or the whole period since the start of ICO? It's actually ending in about 20 hours if I'm not mistaken. Gotta make a last-second investment, huh?

I don't think I would make an investment in these twenty hours, I've just made all I wanted earlier. You didn't clarify your question though, please do this.

I've also heard about some problems with payments but it was because of heavy load on Ethereum platform.

Which question are you trying to refer to? Actually, a lot of people are lining up to make their last ICO investments after the bounty campaign.

I've also heard about some problems with payments but it was because of heavy load on Ethereum platform. Does this happen often? It's not good that XWIN depends on working capacity of another platform, even if it works on its core?

Does this happen often? It's not good that XWIN depends on the working capacity of another platform, even if it works on its core? They reserve the right to switch to another platform if everything breaks down.
