The hardcap is around $80M! Why so much? Ofc I understand that you have a lot of work according to your roadmap, but anyway it's too much imo...

For such a large number of tools and platforms for investors and traders, this is a very real amount. Another question is how they are going to attract investors to achieve this amount. By the way, when does ICO end?

PRE ICO ends on 30 of november.
ICO ends on 24 of december.

Now the discounts are available only for big investors as 30% off will be given to those who get tokens for 830 ETH. No discount is for those, who pay 70 and less.

With a smaller amount than 70ETH you can go after the pre-sale. Then the minimum per person will be 0,1ETH, but there is no guarantee that the price of the token will remain the same. Pre-Sale guarantees a fixed cost of the token 1000UTT=2ETH.
