It's hard to understand what you mean. After successfully paying for a copper membership fee, if your logo can be uploaded to an image hosting service like talkimg.com, you should be able to post it anywhere in the forum.

I think yes, the message will still appear.

Paying for a copper membership doesn't remove a newbie account from being newbie, it is only a minor privilege which doesn't take away who they are as newbies and considering the fee to be actually small for someone who has scam in mind to pay and do what they plan on doing, that caution message is necessary.

Yes, the notification that the user is a newbie when they send PM will still appear. They are only giving the privilege to post image, and exempted from the newbies daily post limit.

I think yes, the message will still appear.

I also suspect it will, but I'm not quite certain, which is the reason for this question. I saw a thread from 2018 in which someone made a similar statement; the only way maybe it will be is to test run it, just as the screenshot shared by suzanne5223.

The caution message should remain, but that shouldn't be because the fee paid is low but because the warning is necessary irrespective of the amount paid to upgrade some features in that account.

I really wanted to create an alternative account and pay for it just to could answer this question, but I know that someone will answer our question before I do this.
Anyway, regardless of what happens, I also think the message should continue to appear because pay for this gives them the right to have some features that many malicious people would not have if they had to pay for them, but on the other hand... this account is still very new and deserves attention, so I think its right that we should continue to be warned about it.

It will stay according to privileges written by themos in the OP that has nothing about the warning for PMs sent by newbies. He wrote that none of PM-related restrictions lifted and I think this is clear already.

Copper Members currently have these bonuses:

- Some of the same permissions as Member-rank members, such as reduced signature styling restrictions. (But none of the PM-related restrictions are currently lifted, such as the style limit or per-hour PM limit.)
- Your "you must wait ____ seconds between ___" counter is reduced by 75%. So if you're naturally of Newbie rank, you only have to wait 360-75% = 90 seconds.

Nothing mentioned about PMs there https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

Available paid memberships:

Copper - 0.00040322 BTC: Allows you to post images even if you are a newbie, reduces the time-between-actions limit, and provides some of the same benefits as being of natural Member rank.

Paying for a copper membership doesn't remove a newbie account from being newbie, it is only a minor privilege which doesn't take away who they are as newbies and considering the fee to be actually small for someone who has scam in mind to pay and do what they plan on doing, that caution message is necessary.
The ideas behind cooper membership is to allow newbies to use the forum just like other members and they can embed images in their posts/thread like high rank members. Since it's hard for majority of newbie accounts to gain any merits and thus it's going to be very helpful for them to embed images on the forum by paying a small fee. They'll remain newbie but with cooper member status. This feature is mostly helpful for the platforms that join the forum to get some attention, they could easily buy cooper membership to share their image based announcement threads to look more professional.
