remaining locked token is for the DXT team and dev funds
i have no idea why they locked such huge amount and when this will unlock then the price value will be go low

Yes, that's a big part. But I do not think that the team intends to do a dump. I hope for a gradual and smooth use of these resources, for the development of the project.  I think that they should understand this.
