Real estates good for saving money e.g. you freeze your assets. And earning stable but not a lot. With bitcoin you can make x2,x3 profit but this is high risk investment. So in my opinion better to invest 50% in real estate and 50% in bitcoin (better 25% bitcoin, 25% ethereum).

If i were you i would choose to invest in bitcoin because bitcoin makes more profits when its price goes up , you see that one bitcoin is more than $10,000 a piece , if you invest in bitcoin , in a year or two your profit will doubled. Investing in cryptocurrency nowadays is good to do specially to those people who wants to gain more money in their invesments. But investing in real state is also good but not good as investing in bitcoin.

you can do both. real estate is also good investment. there are platforms like which allows you to invest into property objects in smaller amounts than it would be required if you would be a sole investor and start benefiting from your investments. Dont go for real estate because real estate has to pay some tax and other hidden charges but thats not the case with btcs
