It’s officially announced that there will be apps for Android and iOS.

Will a separate app for Windows 10 appear, or will only the web version be available?

We are discussing a Windows 10 app internally and hope to have one launched in the future, although it has not been added to the Roadmap yet.

We want to get the web version completed first which will be available as a chrome extension and then get feedback before releasing a windows version.
This way we can release something that builds upon the experience up the web experience, rather than cloning it. There will be no Windows 10 Mobile version.
