Pool is updated. Changes:

* Payout method is now PPLNS based on the last 5 blocks
* Newest frontend with some tweaks
* Working notification system for blocks, payouts, idle miners
* Pool pays the network transaction fee to the miners
* Automatic payout every minute
* Pool fee is 2%
* Difficulty: 128
