I'm completely baffled at how badly they screwed up, and even more surprised at how many people go right back to them.
Something doesn't add up here...
They're the only alternative to almost everybody who don't live in the US, which makes them the only alternative to everybody who wants to trade a somewhat large volume.

jhfire - every time I see your posts I can't help but remember the lottery you ran and took at least 10 BTC then just abandoned it. Even though you did that, I still wouldn't wish others take from you. I hope you get your money back! I'm sure after talking with MtGox they'll help you solve it.

*Next Draw Feb 1*  BitLotto: monthly raffle (0.25 BTC per ticket) Completely transparent and impossible to manipulate who wins. TOR

Mt Gox has been very slow to respond (I take that back, not slow to respond but slow to REACT) to my requests about password resetting since all that crap happened.

I'm still waiting (3 tickets later) Hoping for response tomorrow that actually solves my problems!

"Buy and Sell Bitcoins. Fully automated, always available, 24 hours a day, Safe and Easy. "

They really should remove that "safe and easy" part, at least in my opinion  Roll Eyes
