As far as I know, blockchain.info would ask for your seed if you don't have your identifier or your password. But if you have your identifier and your password, you should be okay and be logged in on your account in no time. May I ask you though, are you logged in from another IP/computer that blockchain.info doesn't recognize?

It looks like i have wrong password. So I think i cant do anything  I dont know what u mean by another IP I wasnt logged in wallet in like 2 years...

Looks like you spent some btc on 2017-08-21 03:11:59.. I am not sure if you can get it back since I don't personally have a blockchain.info wallet and all of my passwords are locked into a secure database that requires a password to unlock. Look into keepass to save all of your passwords, be careful and stay safe.

Today i found text file ony my external hdd and there is seed. But the thing is it has 20 words. Normal seed should have only 12 words I think...

Different seed phrases can have different lengths.
What you need to do, is recover your wallet with the same service you used to create it. Once you've done that, you'll have to wait for fees to drop 90% or more. Your address is filled with dust, at current fees you can't send anything.

So situatios is I have address and seed but im not sure with password. Where can i insert theese 2 things to recover wallet?

I also lost my btc wallet due to a hard drive failure,

Will it be cheaper to create a new wallet or try to fix the hard drive?

Oh i finally recovered it using this https://blockchain.info/wallet/forgot-password?guid= site. I inserted 20 word phase and it gives me my password   Thanks for you help guys anyway
