I have 10 BTC, just imagine. can i control a coin??, Means i can pump and dump coin. 10 btc means am entitle for a whale ?
I think you can be a whale to control alt coin but not with bitcoin. I hope someday I can have bitcoin like you. |

You could pump the price of some unpopular coin with your purchases, and generate fake volume, but people would be wary if there's no reasons for it to have picked up. Controlling a coin that no one trades is not too different from owning monopoly money.
You exactly correct that i can pump up unpopular coins. But no cocept no body will invest al all. But for the betterment of future 10 btc is enogh its enough to take an effect on the altcoin which you been choose, but to take control the whole coins in the market? i think 10 bitcoin is not enough to manipulate the whole entire altcoins youve chosen, you can earn more profits from that idea, but take Note be careful on the altcoin youve choose because most of the altcoin are shitcoin that can be soon to scam you. |

If you have 10, you can consider investing more in other projects to make more money  yes thats correct, i am just asking the opinion on members. i do not think to dump a coin. true factor is this. but some people have 50000 btc. they are big whales they can do everything. |

You can’t manipulate the prices of bitcoin itself with 10 bitcoin but you can do control the prices of whole range of the alt-coins for sure. Because any alt coins is not even 10% of single bitcoin which gives you 1000% of window if considered 10 bitcoin altogether. You can just move the pumps and dumps with your own strategy and people are doing this with groups and with the help of telegram groups. So yeah alt can be in your hands but not the bitcoin itself. Just look at the BCH, how they are pumping and dumping it the way they want it.

That is too little to control the market. To be honest i think you need millions to control the market. The cryptocurrency market is really big and if you think you can control it with just 10 bitcoins you are being naive.
Yes.. But alt coins with small cap can be controlled with this 10 btc.. Yes you can control small cap altcoins. convert your btc to it. but if you means joining to control some coins, i worried about that. i seen to have pump and dump market you need to have group who control it together with a lot of stock bitcoins could be some hundred bitcoins in totals. |

Most people will tell you to invest. Some people will say trading. But I think you can hold bitsky coins without doing these, you can earn good profits. But if you have a good knowledge of trading then you can do it also.

I think that's not enough to control the market unless you join a person who has 10 BTCs as well, at least 10 people. So you and the members who join will be easy to control the market.

If you have 10 btc, then I suggest to divide into some kind of investment, 4 btc keep you keep, 3 btc trading to altcoin and 3 btc join ICO. I'm sure the right division will make our bitcoin grow more and faster.

It could be if you control the coin with a small market, but if you want to control Bitcoin it is actually not possible because big traders are on the market there. But if you enter in a small market there is no advantage to you because the turnaround will be very slow. |

Yes you can buy and hold smaller cap ICO's and then pump & dump them according to your wish, because smaller caps already shows that their liquidity is small comparing to bitcoin and other major coins. So you can pump and dump by controlling their supply and demand.

Nope. It won't be enough to be a gamechanger for Bitcoin. 10 Bitcoin is surely small compared to majority of the number of Bitcoins. It will either make a dump or pump but it won't be huge and might not be felt for a period of time. You will surely need more tham that to somehow control the volatility of Bitcoin's market value. |

10BTC is too small, if you want to move market then trying investing with 300K BTC . Put 3000BTC to every major exchange sites then pump any coins you like. P.S: Ask Roger Ver how he pump Bitcoin Cash. Pump and Dump is not just investing a huge BUY order, theres a proper way to recover your investment. But be mind that any wrong move would make your altcoin investment lose in trade or end up your position dumped. Well, I don't think so because even shitty alt-coins have market capital much bigger than 10 BTC and I don't see any possibility of controlling the market price especially with a pump and dump scheme with the capital of 10 BTC.
However, if you are placing a sudden buy order of 10 BTC then it will influence the other traders if they see an open order of 10 BTC for any coin. However, I am not 100 sure if it will encourage them to trade in it or not because in most of the cases, they are used to such tactics and they know it is a lucrative pump and dump attempt.

It depends on which market you follow / trade.
If the market is small and less trader you can definitely be a whale there.
But if the market is too big, of course you can not.
