Why not take a chance? If a person really understands bitcoin, it can serve as a great hobby for retirement. You just need to be prepared that these investments will need to be transferred to someone from their relatives and write down the keys to their wallets.

In investment, the main desire and common sense. If a person of advanced age wants to engage in investment, he can do it. It's just better not to do it in the long term.

What would you guys advise someone who is retired, living off pension and savings? Is it too late/risky to invest in that kind of age?
Do you guys think the elderly have a chance of jumping on the crypto train, or do you guys think it's too late for them to invest?

I think the retirement age does not mean you can not invest.
I do not think it's too late, hurries up to invest crypto.
You have more time managing bitcoin investments.
But you must be good at strategizing.

It's never too early or too late. All that matters is understanding what you are investing in and why. Will BTC outperform the stock market over the next 20 years? If you think so, then it is obviously not too late at all. It won't be long again before bitcoin becomes $250k

As always though, diversification is key. A balanced portfolio should includes multiple asset classes, and as long as BTC is viewed as one of those asset classes then I see no problem with it.

There is no age restriction in the crypto world. You only have to understand the risk you are taking here because real world fiat is involved and you never know what will happen next.

The good thing about cryptocurrency is that it welcomes people from any walks of life. It has no age limit, no gender and race boundaries, and most of all it does not discriminate. As long as you are interested to learn its functionalities, explore its world, have the patience, positivity and ready to take the risk then you're never too late to join.

There is no age requirement when investing in bitcoin. They are not going to question you because you're old. The technicality of bitcoin might be very challenging for you but it applies to many new investors as well.

Is never too late, but as you know older people have problems in understanding some of our things but if you will explain to him very good and if you have time to do it ofcourse he will understand and will do it. In my opinion if is living from savings and pension don't put him to invest he can join in campaigns and 100% he will learn more about crypto here with us.

I don't think age has anything to do with how well you will able to get in the cryptocurrency world. In this industry age doesn't matter. As long as you are proficient enough to the current technology and is willing to invest and exert effort in order to gain profits, you are very much welcome in the community. We don't judge people here anyways as long as they are not bad investors that sell right away at a price drop.

For me, it was never too late. It doesn’t matter whether you are young or old. Investing in bitcoin needs attention if you really want to know and willing to learn and earn in bitcoin.

I agree with you, it's never too late. But I think, if the person too old, maybe he needs a mentor. Because crypto is too hard to understand the old man.

Although crypto is regardless of age but older people will learn and understand crypto more slowly than young people, investing in will also be very difficult, they can hardly bear the risks that come from crypto. So I really do not encourage the old to join the crypto world, if they are interested and feel the potential of crypto, they should introduce to family members then they can contribute a small amount to support their relatives to invest, crypto is not too late for them but that does not mean too soon, their time is running out, they should have fun with the family, instead of investing

No, investing in the older age can and is even necessary. Firstly, do not forget about your family and children, who then can not be in anything because of your investments, and secondly, you yourself can live well and allow yourself all the joys of life

What would you guys advise someone who is retired, living off pension and savings? Is it too late/risky to invest at that kind of age?
Do you guys think the elderly have a chance of jumping on the crypto train, or do you guys think it's too late for them to invest?

In that case it is better to work in here in this forum because most of the great companies that are running a cryptocurrency business is hiring different people to advertise their ico so
more people can still work at home.

of course not
absolutely not late
this can be seen from the dynamics of growth

Yeah there's  no late for everything.Even oldies can invest in crypto market. It might difficult  at start because  most of oldies  are not completely computer  literate, but in little  study and information  they can do whatever  young people  are able to do in crypto world.

of course not, that they can pass on to their children or grandchildren the wealth that is in crypto because it can be done, the wealth in the crypto world will not be lost and can be managed by others if they give away the secret key.

Age doesn't really matter when it comes to cryptocurrency investment as long as he understands the basic concepts of the system. It's never too late late as the saying goes...or in this case, you're never too old!  Wink
