Do you have a TXID? you should have probably kept your cool as btc fee was probably to low, I would highly recommend the apology document your further process , get your money back then release documents/vids/proof they are shady to youtube or or here after receive your refund.

But if you have a TXID I wouldn't mess with them.

Swallow your pride and tell them sorry and play ball. Wish I could help you out more.

What?  No Im not going to apologize.

They are acting like thieves and they have false advertising and false information posted on their main website, INTENTIONALLY trying to mislead and fool potential clients.

It appears you are stabbing yourself in the foot here.

They have not scammed you. You have even said yourself that all previous withdrawals were processed extremely fast. You can't be upset if every now and then one withdrawal takes a little longer, these things do happen from time to time. Scamming you would entail confiscating your coins altogether.

They have offered to send your BTC if you apologise for what you said to a support agent. I wouldn't know, but you must have been rude for them to take this step.
I am not saying they are in the right here - far from it - but I would suggest just swallowing your pride and giving them the apology they are seeking. If that's what gets you your BTC, then just do it dude. If they have really pissed you off this much, then don't bother depositing BTC with them ever again. Vote with your wallet and find somewhere else to play.

I have used cloudbet on numerous occasions...normally things go smooth. And they always did right by me. I agree with a poster prior, say your sorry and get your coins back.  Going postal on somepne who has your funds is never a smart move, especially on the web.  With that said, i hope you get your $ back
