What did they answer? That they will response within 24 hours, I guess. Give them the time to look into your issue. Shouldn't be a big thing to unlock your account. How did you lock it?

I blocked the account,
by mistake a security notification mail, where I added a new wire transfer address.
I'm worried because there are some bit coins
