Will whitelisted members be able to purchase early, ahead of the ICO? I noticed on this site: https://bitcoinexchangeguide.com/credits/ that the exchange rate is 1 ETH = 2000 Credits, but on the Credits website the exchange rate is 1 ETH = 5000. Which one is it, and if only 2,000 why such a huge difference when compared to the Pre-ICO? |

I wish it had been more convincing at first to come out with its own block chains. In the first round, they have succeeded to collect good investment. I didn’t also like to show it to competitor to ETH. I do not know if it makes us winner.
