Been keeping quiet for months though, even though the "last active" is today, interesting...
OpenCoin's Ripple implementation at ripple.com might be controversial, but where did they scam anyone with real money?
I have strong suspicions about Ripple & haven't gone near it, but I was more commenting on the perceptions in the forum.
Having said that,
if they have willfully misrepresented what ripple is, how much trouble they're likely to get in with regulators, etc.
then they very much have scammed their investors for personal profit.
