Can either
1) OPs be allowed to delete their own "delete" topics that they created when self-moderation wasn't an option
2) the obsolete buying/selling forums be reactivated for moving "delete" Marketplace-category topics so they can be deleted en masse
?

I'd rather purge/move my own blanked out topics than reporting them to mods for individual deletion.

For example, here's one I moved before the obsolete forums had topic moving to them blocked: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=119380.0
and here's the rest I created before self-moderation and can't move now:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=134412.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=139990.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=126624.0

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

When I tried to move to Archival:
"You are not allowed to move topics there."

That's odd, seems counterintuitive considering the usage of that board, unless it's a side effect of some other restriction.

Yeah, you're not supposed to be able to create new topics there (which is the same as moving a topic there).
