I recently moved jobs to work from home, I spend more time with my daughter and wife and less time commuting to work which makes me much as lets be honest, I would rather spend 3 hours a day with my family than commuting to work with my head buried in someones sweaty armpit.

For me, minimalism and exercise. Minimalism because it gave me the freedom from stuff i realized i really don't need in my life. When it comes to exercising, aside from physical health, it also gives me the mental health I need.

I often read books to entertain instead of playing games, everyday I think about what tomorrow I need to complete to good for the future, ...

Removed all the toxic people from my circle of aquaintances, and went out to make new friends. I'm so much better off, have so less stress and frustration and am so much happier now, not to mention I have more time for myself. Also: buy a puppy.

Stay calm, speak softly and do everything possible to reduce the drama.  This sounds like a simple statement, but it is not.  I have eliminated or stopped being involved in any drama that does not effect my immediate family and even then, I make it know that I will help with any issue or problem, but I will not become emotionally involved.

I agree 100%. I stopped caring about what I can't control, for example others' opinion, and started focusing on what I can control. This may sound like a simple concept if you look at it superficially.
A good application for me has been changing my goals to make them more reacheble, to assure I have control over them

turning into a better person becomes a happiness for ourselves, everyone would want to be a better man than before, I become a better person when I have a partner, when a couple there must be someone who is watching us towards a better direction again

Crypto really made my life different. Before I was working on my day-job. An 8-hour job supposedly but it take me 12 hours before I go home. Crypto world change my life to better because I have plenty of time now that I can spend for my son and for myself as well.
