one of the ports or wrong norm looks the same but one number is diff , addnode 1.2.3.4 and 5.6.7.8  are not correct node is ip address or a tor address  ..port is 16178 rpc port is 16174  and you need to add this to start up with a bat or with a short cut to desktop and in command line add  -discover   -port 16178  -rpcport 16174 this is from command line options out of the wallet . hop this helps you
