ETH or LTC long term?

Ethereum is thw #1 competitor of bitcoin . It is popular in some investors. Although LTC also has a potential . But if you are holding a token for a long time I will choose bitcoin and ethereum .

If you objectively look it becomes clear that bitcoin no competitor from this pair at least now. Lightcoin is not positioned at all as a competitor to Bitcoin and should not be expected from it.

In the long run, ETH and LTC are not suitable for holding. If you really want to invest in altcoin, it is better to choose some new altcoins, because these coins can make you profit in a shorter time!

How can you say that ethereum and litecoin are not suitable to hold,
For me, there is no doubt that these two coins are certainly suitable to hold,

I prefer Ethereum for long-term versus Litecoin, with the concept and support of various DEVs. so it can make ethereum investment the most profitable thing if we aim for the long term.

Brand new to the cryptocurrency market.  Currently I hold a decent amount of LTC.  It's value has gone up nicely since I purchased it.  I've read all the predictions for LTC in 2018 and 2019.  It sounds promising as a long term hold...which is what I'm more comfortable doing...to reach $200 -$300 a coin.   I like the fact that there is a team in place trying hard to ensure it's future.  Charlie Lee may not be the most charismatic spokesman publicly but he's out there doing it which gives me confidence in his product.  Now, it's obvious that ETH is not going anywhere.  My question for the board is which outperforms the other in the next 5 years?  I tend to invest heavily in the direction that has the bigger upside.  Perhaps I should split my investing 50/50 regarding ETH and LTC?  What say the more experienced cryptocurrency gurus? 

I have nothing against BTC.  I don't see it going anywhere.  It is the giant.  However, I feel the current price point is too high for my liking.

It is better to invest in ETH.  ETH is a very popular coin and the price is very low.  And when the market rebounds, the price for ETH will grow significantly.

LTC. Time and time again LTC has shown its ability to weather negative news and retain its value over time while demonstrably slow but gradual growth. For the long term, slow and gradual is what you want.

I do not believe in a good future for LTC and therefore my choice is ETH.  I think if you are investing in ETH then in the future you can easily make a profit.

I think ETH. Ethereum is amazing cryptocurrency in the crypto world. It grew rapidly past years. But at this moment, ETH price is below than past years. I think the main reason is the whole cryptomarket converted to a bearish market. But this current market condition not affective for long-term traders. So if you have ETH, then hold it for 2/3 years. If you need to make a long-term investment, so ETH is very good for it. My choice is ETH.
